Jolly, whimsical elf's legs top hat Christmas tree topper, hand crafted and bespoke by me at Fleursdelamour workshop. These toppers are very popular in the USA, but are hard to find in the UK.
 
This elf legs top hat tree topper has been made in a red and green theme. The hat has been made with red and green spot fabric, finished with a dusting of snow, has the cutest Elf legs, a mixture of 4 different ribbons bow, and is completely handmade from scratch. The topper has beautiful ornaments that are also hand made, such as glittered balls in red and green and glittered swirls.
 
This jolly elf legs top hat tree topper would look so amazing sat at the top of your Christmas tree. The top hat has a hole inside and sits on top of your top branches.
