Red and white peppermint striped elf hat tree topper, hand crafted and bespoke by me at Fleurs de l'amour. Make your Christmas tree look jolly with one of my elf hat tree toppers to sit on top of your tree. It is a cute peppermint theme fabric curly elf hat, with a green glittered and pom pom trim, and a large bell. The topper sits on top of the tree by inserting some branches. 
 
The measurements are:
19 inches high
7 inches wide
The hole to insert branches is 4 inches.
